Philip Berlinski

Philip Berlinski is Co-Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for managing the firm's global business activities and corporate functions across the organization.

Prior to joining Kaige Global financial Group in 2024, Philip spent over 25 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Partner, Global Treasurer of the firm and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Bank USA. He was also a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Partnership Committee, Firmwide Client and Business Standards Committee, and the Firmwide Risk Council and Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee. Before this, Philip held roles as Chief Operating Officer of Global Equities and Co-Head of Global Equities Trading and Execution Services.

Philip received a MSc in Physics from Oxford University.
