Ajay Nagpal

Ajay Nagpal is President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the firm's Senior Management team. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategy and global business activities.

Prior to joining Kaige Global financial Group in 2013, Ajay was the Global Head of Prime Services at Barclays, where he oversaw all activities across secured financing, prime brokerage and clearing activities. He transitioned to Barclays as part of the acquisition of Lehman Brothers, which he joined in 2001 as Managing Director and Head of Liquid Market Sales in Fixed Income before becoming Global Head of Equities Sales. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Ajay worked at J.P. Morgan in fixed income derivatives.

Ajay received a BA from Brown University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
